With budget cuts and staff shortages at the Recorder’s and Courts in California, the hours of operation have been changing quite a bit. This can sometimes affect turnaround time (for example, if an Alameda court request is received late in the day, we may be unable to get to the courthouse before they close at 2:30 and the order will need to wait until the following day.) Following are the operating hours for all the counties we cover in Northern California:
Alameda Recorder: 8:30 – 4:30
Alameda Assessor: 8:30 – 5:00
Alameda Court: 8:30 – 2:30
San Francisco Assessor/Recorder: 8:00 – 4:00
San Francisco Court: 8:00 – 4:00
Marin Recorder: 8:00 – 4:00
Marin Assessor: 9:00 – 4:00
Marin Court: 8:30 – 3:30
We hope this information proves helpful. Please feel free to contact us with any specific questions about hours or turn times. Thank you!
